An excess of $40,000 was raised to benefit Miss Abby Korman, who has verbal apraxia and other developmental problems.
THANKS TO CHIEF GARY TIMMONS OF THE NEW HANOVER POLICE. Chief Timmons, who was once a seasonal police officer in Seaside Heights, won the 50/50 at the raffle, and donated it all back to the Abby Korman cause.
