John has a lease for ten years on the neighboring building also. This is not the first time John has operated out of this building. In the 1980's Pete worked for John in a store called Visions, which was inside the Delaney Building that John now controls.
Maryanne Shenewolf, who now works with Pete at the Borough, also worked at Visions in the early 80's, and so did....
Jane Carrozza, who was John's partner in Visions, and now ALSO WORKS WITH PETE AT THE BOROUGH!
